Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create routine logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand usage. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The policy of the linked service governs information provided there, including information entered through sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process relevant logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when a valid legal process requires disclosure, and otherwise only as described here.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. No user account, password, or visitor profile is created by this service.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Texas's consumer-data law is the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Where it applies, it provides consumer rights and a Texas Attorney General complaint route. Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Texas or Fort Bend County custodians are outside our control, and requests about them must go to the responsible office.
